How do I order?
Simply browse our menu, add individual meals or meal plans to your shopping cart, and head to the checkout when you’re ready – you can purchase with a credit card or ZipPay.
Can I repeat my order?
You will be able to shortly with our new no lock in subscription service. We will let you know when it is available.
When do I have to order by?
Our orders close each week at Midnight Wednesday in order to receive your meals the following Monday.
How do I pay for my meals?
All Meraki Produce meals and programs must be prepaid in order to receive the order. Meraki Produce accepts Visa, Mastercard and ZipPay. Amex is not accepted. Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.

Fees + Charges
- At the end of every billing month, you can choose to pay off your balance in full, or simply make a payment that suits your budget (note: there is a minimum repayment of $40 per month required). A $6 monthly account service fee is added to your account for any month you have an outstanding balance.
There is NO establishment fee to setup your account and NO INTEREST ever! If you have repaid your balance in full within 30 days you will never be charged any fees! Additionally, once you have repaid your balance down to $0, no fees will ever be charged to your account – it will simply remain open waiting for you to use again to make additional purchases.

What if I have to go out of town while I have an order placed?
Meraki Produce appreciates that travel and changing schedules are part of life and we will make every attempt to be flexible in terms of accommodating your needs. However, we do require 72 business hours’ notice prior to delivery to make any amendments to orders (please contact us within business hours 7:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday).
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We require 3 business days’ notice (at least 72 hours) to cancel orders. Once purchased, orders are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel/postpone your order, a credit note can be added to your file to be redeemed whenever you are ready. We simply require 72 business hours’ notice to get you restarted on your program. Please note, we must be notified within business hours for the suspension to take place. We are open Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm. Remember, Meraki Produce meals are freshly prepared and ready to be collected on a Monday and Wednesday. After an order has been placed, your fresh fruit and vegetables, produce and other ingredients are ordered with our suppliers.
Can I buy my meals in-store?
You can also buy Meraki fresh meals and snacks from our store which is located at: 2/449A Dean Street, Albury.
Where and when can I collect my meals?
Customers can collect their meals after 11am on Monday and Wednesday at our shop which is located at: 2/449A Dean Street, Albury. Depending on demand, this may be subject to change.
How do I heat the food?
Meraki Produce uses Biopak* BioCane Takeaways which have a perfect seal and are freezer, microwave and oven safe. They can be heated in the microwave and oven up to 220 Degree Centigrade. However, you need to remove the lid before heating.
Meals not containing salad can be heated for 1-2 minutes in the microwave within the container provided or transferred to a plate and reheated. If you do not have a microwave or prefer not to use one you may also reheat the meals on the stove or in the oven. Please remove the lid before microwaving or heating in the oven.
What do I do with the sauces?
Meraki Produce dressings and sauces are served in individual 60ml containers and can be added to the meal at your discretion. Sauces and dressings should be poured over the meal either before or after heating. We do not recommend microwaving or heating the dressing/sauce container so please remove this before reheating your meal.
How long can I keep my meals for?
Meals keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days after delivery and can also be frozen if necessary with the exception of salads, egg dishes and sandwiches which are best eaten a day or two after delivery has been made.
Where should I keep my meals?
Meraki Produce meals should be transferred to a refrigerator immediately after collection.
What if I don’t have a microwave?
If you do not have a microwave or prefer not to use one you may also reheat meals on the stove or in the oven. Meraki Produce meals are supplied in microwave and oven proof containers (excluding cardboard lunch box with clear lid). Before heating, please remove the lid. The containers are able to heated up to 220 Degree Centigrade in the oven.
What do I do if I am allergic to or dislike a certain food?
Unfortunately we cannot cater for specific food allergies such as nuts. Meraki Produce food is prepared in areas where food containing allergens may have previously been prepared. This may include peanuts, tree nuts, various seed products including sesame, milk and dairy products, wheat, soy, egg, fish and crustacean products. Please refer to the item ingredient label for all allergen declarations.
Meraki provides a range of gluten free meals. We are also able to provide a dairy free alternative for our dressings. Please state so in the ‘comments’ section of your order.
Can I freeze my meals?
We offer fresh meals to ensure we present the best possible quality of food.
The majority of our meals can be frozen and will last for up to three months safely when frozen below -10 degrees Celsius. However we recommend against freezing any fish or salad meals.
Please note: Freezing does affect the quality of most foods and may not result in the best eating experience.
